What We Offer
We will give you the perfect balance of dance, relaxation, local culture and fun with our immersive dance experience at the unique Huerto del Cura in Elche.
Our experienced teachers are hand picked. Each and every one with an excellent reputation for the quality of their teaching, guiding their students to success in competition, but most importantly their infectious love of dance and fun. There will be one teacher for every three to four students. You will work with a variety of teachers and as part of our package you will be able to develop your technique and perfect your dancing skills in their workshops, group classes and lectures. You will also be able to relax and look after your mind and body in our daily stretching/yoga class for dancers.
You can book individual lessons (not included in package price) with one or more of our professionals to give your dance skills that extra boost, and benefit from their individual experience and skills. We have specialists in Latin, Ballroom, American Smooth and Flamenco. There will be dance evenings, exclusive shows and masterclasses where you can watch, learn from and dance with our top level visiting professionals. We’re very excited that the inimitable Vincent Simone will be joining us on one of those evenings to perform for you and teach his amazing masterclass. Keep an eye on our website for updates on who else will be giving our evening performances and masterclasses! We’ll squeeze in some local colour too, taking you to explore and taste wine at one of the premier vineyards in the region. You may even want to take a couple of bottles home with you…
The Location
Fly into Alicante and travel inland to Elche, capital of the El Baix Vinalopó district of the Valencian region of Spain and experience the city’s remarkable and rich Moorish and Christian history and culture.
With a wealth of historic sites dating back to the heyday of the Moors in Spain, from the 12th century Arab Baths and Alcaźar de la Señoria to the 17th century Basilica Santa Maria, Elche is a real gem. A UNESCO world heritage city, Elche has more than 200,000 protected palms in its many parks, groves and gardens. Its unique Botanical Gardens are only a minute’s walk from the hotel.
Elche is a small city and an easy pleasure to walk around with a wealth of restaurants and watering holes. Its modern day success is as a result of its 100 or so shoe factories. It boasts excellent shopping in its many individual stores, boutiques and, of course, shoe shops.
The Ballroom
Set in its own private garden, the ballroom is like no other you will ever have danced in. Especially for this event we are installing our bespoke large dance floor.
You can relax and wind down after your class in the beautiful private garden surrounding the ballroom. We want to give you an unparalleled dance experience in an extraordinary environment.
The Packages
